We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Freelancer Counsellors to guide students and professionals about our Digital Marketing Courses. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right course program.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, convincing ability, and basic knowledge of digital marketing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel interested students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Explain course details, career opportunities, and certification benefits.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain lead data and daily follow-up reports.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide proper guidance.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing courses and career scope.
• Comfortable with phone calls and online counselling.
• Self-disciplined and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus.
